Masks
Please be aware that it is still mandatory to wear a face mask when attending Temple Hills Medical Centre. General Practices are still considered "sensitive settings" due to the nature of patients attending the practice. If you can please remember to bring a face mask to your appointment that would be fantastic.
If you forget to bring a face mask, please let reception know and we can give you a complimentary disposable surgical mask.
If you have a medical exemption from wearing a face mask, please let reception know. We will ask you to wait outside the practice and the doctor will call you prior to your appointment to discuss this.
What to do when you arrive at Temple Hills Medical Centre?
We are still asking patients to call reception prior to entering the building when they arrive for their appointment. This is so that we can confirm your identity, ask if you have any possible Covid-19 symptoms and also remind you to wear a mask before entering the building. It also allows us to better manage the number of patients in our waiting room so as to reduce the risk of Covid-19 spread.
We have appreciated all our patients being so co-operative with these measures. Ultimately, we have implemented all these steps so that all patients feel comfortable coming to the practice. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss. Thanks once again.
